We love the chicken club sandwich where they added black garlic aioli made in-house. The honey garlic chicken wings are just the right amount of crispness and a little bit of enhancement made them really tasty! Service are super friendly too, highly recommend:)

Zacks is a great spot in town for excellent drinks and food. Inside is quite small, so not the best for big groups but they have a great patio right on 1st avenue that gives additional seating for diners. Their food is really very good, it’s a small menu but everything on it is delicious. The cocktails are *chefs kiss* Service always great and friendly!

Stopped for late lunch in Ladysmith on our way through - and was delighted by the food at Zack’s - had to leave a review before I even left the table! We’ve had some pretty disappointing dining experiences lately so we tend to only eat out at one or two spots we know. We were starving and happened to stop here - and so glad we did. Had the pulled pork sandwich and the club - both with salad and the house herb vinaigrette- everything was flavourful, very fresh and very delicious! Atmosphere was really charming, good tunes, friendly service - we’ll be back when we are in the area. Thanks!

Very small, but great place!. Waiter was excellent, should have gotten his name.. My husband and I both had the Arancini..what an explosion of flavors. Best meal we have had in a long time!

Cute little pub in a very walkable area. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. Had the Zack’s burger and hubby had the beef dip. Food was delicious and appreciated the opportunity to speak with one of the owners about the history of the pub. Despite not having a liquor license yet for the patio, people were still coming in droves and didn’t seem to care, the food is THAT GOOD. Indoor seating is limited so it’ll be nice for them to more than double their seating with the patio. Seriously, though, check out this place whenever you’re in Ladysmith.

An amazing dining experience that was also gluten free. Zari my server is absolutely top notch- I had to stop and write a review in the middle of my meal. It is very rare to get exceptional service anymore, and she nailed it on every aspect, not only for myself but with other high needs tables around me. To top it off she made an INCREDIBLE margarita. I am always grateful to have a pub that offers gluten free food and good gluten free BEER (very uncommon) with fantastic service. I will definitely be back.

It’s been a year or so since I’ve been back to Zack and I have always loved the burger so I went for what I used to like hoping it would be the same. Well, it was at least as good as I remember, something about the taste of quality meat and fresh toppings. It’s like I hadn’t had a good burger since the last time I was there, absolutely delicious. It’s getting more and more expensive to eat out these days so I don’t like to adventure out as much as I used to and waste my money on something that might not be worth it. This is one of a few places that I feel just doesn’t disappoint, always so good and not at a high price point. Gourmet burger with a meat patty that is made in house and tastes like it. Can’t say enough. The service was second to none, thank you Cole. I’ll be back

One of the best burgers I've ever had! Service was excellent and the server / bartender was friendly and easy to chat with. Will definitely be going back!
